Meet Our Team

“I am the Program Director of Magnolia Kids Childcare Center. I earned an elementary education degree from Emporia State University, have early childhood education hours, and have taken professional development courses (elementary, early childhood, and childcare) over the past 20 years. As a teacher, I taught 1st and 2nd graders but have experience with preschool – 5th grade over a course of 10 years. As an early childhood educator, I owned and operated a home day care for 18 years caring for children 6 weeks to 7 years of age. I am excited to lead dedicated and loving staff in caring for your children, helping them learn social, academic, and emotional skills as they navigate through their early years.”

“I am the lead teacher in the infant/toddler room. I’ve worked in childcare most of my adult life; in a center just out of high school and I had a home daycare for 10 years after that. I love that at Magnolia Kids Childcare Center I am able to be a part of such a great team and help teach the kids about Jesus.”

“I am new to Salina! I work as an assistant teacher at Magnolia Kids Childcare Center. I am married with two children ages 6 & 9. Two passions I have in life are helping kids grow and being a day maker. I have worked as an assistant teacher for Sunday services for 5 years, a special education para, and a substitute teacher. I am so happy and grateful to God to be working with littles again and can’t wait to watch them grow into amazing little humans.”
